Appearance: Unnaturally formed through the power of the Litany of Magic, Orion's wings and horn have an ethereal look to them: transparent and ghostly, seemingly made from solid light or magic.

Personality: Highly intelligent and perceptive: it was Orion's keep eye, determination and knowledge that allowed him to pinpoint the location of the Litany of Magic - a feat never done before - from his bedroom.<br /><br />Orion cares little for anyone outside of his family and would do anything to protect them from the outside world: he sees the world and other ponies as heartless barbarians, and fears for his sister safety in such a dangerous world.

Backstory: A sickly and frail pony, Orion was physically unable to achieve anything of importance until corrupted by the litany of magic. Not even second or third best - his life was marred with failure, regardless of anything he did to change matters. Of everyone he knew, the only ones he had any desire to be around or care for were his family: his sister in particular who cared for him through thick and thin.<br /><br />When sent away from his family with his sister to watch over after an incident involving his father and far too much alcohol, it shattered his illisions of having something that was 'right'. The only thing left was his sister, Willow.<br /><br />On learning of the Litany of Magic through a new 'friend', he studied it for years, charting the course of the stars until he could pinpoint its location at any given time. He set out with his sisters aid: determined to use the power of the Litany to cure himself, protect his Willow and punish the world that had been so unkind to them.
