Appearance: Gold coat with black shaggy mane, has a short tail and a birthmark behind his left front hoof. Wears square glasses that have black frames.

Cutie Mark: Has a weight that symbolizes justice and law. Otto is a Lawyer.

Personality: Otto is a passive person. He doesn't really care much about anything, besides his job of course. He isn't violent either, but he's no pushover. Otto's keen observation skills and above average intellect make him an excellent lawyer. But despite this he's lazy. He doesn't really look for romance and is oblivious to other ponies in this regard. Otto doesn't like being told what to do or be yelled at but he'll tell you if you do so. He might rub you off the wrong way, but he's a good friend if you befriend him.

Backstory: Otto was born in a small town in called Foalidonia. He lived in a poor household with no brothers or sisters. From the beginning Otto was intelligent. That talent for a while was unknown to others except his parents and friends until Princess Luna came to town on Royal buisness. Luna noticed Otto's talent and was invited to go to Celestias Magical academy, free of charge. Otto graduated at 11 and went to Lawschool to become a lawyer. He quickly passed school and graduated at 17. He became a sucsessful Canterlot lawyer and gained a reputation as a cunning but somewhat apathetic lawyer. One day Otto was offered a job in Califoalnia to get a job in a firm there. So he moved hallway across Equestria to the spunky city of Califoalnia. Otto finds a listing renting nearby...... So he heads off to get a place to live!
