Personality: Very lax. He takes pride in his guitar playing and loves to play for others. Distrusts/dislikes authority.

Backstory: Only child of a small family in camterlot. His mother and father pushed him to take over their business, a metal foundry. Brass Tacks didnt want to run a business, he wanted to tour the world and explore uncharted territory. A friend introduced him to guitar playing, and he fell in love with it. He would skip school just to go and practice outside the city. This didn't sit well with his parents, and they threatened to break his guitar If he kept skipping school. Brass ran away from home to ponyville, where he's lived for about a month. He changed his name to overdrive because of his individual style of guitar playing.
