Appearance: A short, plump unicorn with a white coat in stark contrast to her glossy, blue-black mane and tail. She has a pleasant, round face, belied by the dark circles under her blue eyes and a gruff expression.<br /><br />Never seen without her tan coat and packet of cigarettes.

Cutie Mark: A gray-scale sunburst: Paper Wight's "special something" is reporting. The sun represents her duty to "bring things into the light", while its color scheme is reminiscent of a news paper.

Personality: Idealistic - Jaded - Honorable - Passionate

Backstory: Paper Wight's family moved from Canterlot to Fillydelphia just after she'd got her cutie mark. She hated Fillydelphia with a burning passion, and moved back to Canterlot as soon as she was old enough to leave her parents' house.<br />In Canterlot, she began working freelance for any newspaper that would pay her on any story she could find. Eventually, she was hired by the crummy, run-down Canterlot Daily, which mostly pays her to report on the private lives of various celebrities.<br />Paper Wight yearns to make it big and get a real job working for a real paper. As such, she continues to snoop around on her free time for "The Big Scoop". She dreams of exposing some criminal scandal and winning the Appalootzer Prize for Journalism.
