Appearance: Eye Color: Hazel brown<br /><br />Coat: A light blonde, like early morning sunlight on fields of wheat. When in her armor, not much of her coat is visible.<br /><br />Mane/Tail: Her mane & tail are naturally black, though they both have a streak of bright red that she keeps dyed. They’re normally braided into a “ponytail” look so that she can get her armor on easier, but if she’s off duty than she will let her hair loose. When her hair is loose from the braid it’s shown to be longer than it normally looks, falling in long straight strands down her neck.<br /><br />Physique: Being a member of the guard, she’s of course strong and athletic. She’s still rather slim though, with a very feminine appearance. The bulk of her armor usually helps to hides this fact. <br /><br />Her armor is slightly bulkier than a standard guard’s suit. Not overly so, but enough to help hide the fact that she’s a mare. The armor is standard grey steel with red accents, the same shade as the dyed streak in her mane and tail. The armor along her front legs flares down, going from narrow at the top to wider just above her hooves. With this design she can pull back on her rear legs and briefly bring her front hooves together, holding the flares together to form a makeshift shield.

Cutie Mark: A small shield with a red slash crossing it diagonally, the outline of a heart surrounding it.<br /><br />She received her cutie mark when she was a filly going through school. Growing up with three protective older brothers meant she never had to deal with bullying herself, but when a colt a couple years older than her was being made fun of for being a “blank flank” she couldn’t help but interfere. While the other children most likely backed down because they knew picking on her would anger her brothers, that thought never occurred to Pavisa. She just knew that defending the other pony felt right, and her cutie mark came to be. With one of her brothers already in the guard, it took no time at all for Pavisa to decide where her place was supposed to be.<br />

Personality: Pavisa is athletic and very competitive in almost everything she does. She’s very protective of ponies in general, especially those she feels close to. She’s usually very quiet, but that’s because her voice is very feminine. Speaking became an easy way to remind the fellow recruits in her class of the fact she was a mare, and so she just fell into the habit of keeping her mouth shut. She’s not rude: she’ll talk with anyone who approaches her, and she’s normally polite, she just doesn’t have much to say around strangers if it’s not necessary.<br /><br />She absolutely hates having anypony “take it easy” on her because she’s a mare, and this will cause her to work even harder. She’s a pretty mare if seen out of her armor, but this can be a rare occurrence. <br />

Backstory: Pavisa is the youngest in her family, having three brothers. One of her brothers, who is three years older than her, is a member of the royal guard. The other brothers are twins two years older than her, who are currently trying their hooves at being inventors. Pavisa’s parents are loving and caring ponies who run a small store out of Canterlot, designing and selling high end furniture to Canterlot’s upper class.<br /><br />Her brothers were all very protective of their “baby sister”, which meant that growing up no one really messed with Pavisa… Except for her brothers, that is. The little filly quickly learned to hold her own ground, because it was either that or have her face dunked in her breakfast every morning. Soon enough she was pranking her brothers as much as they were her, resulting in an ongoing competition of sorts among the siblings.<br /><br />After receiving her cutie mark and graduating from school, she enrolled in the Canterlot royal guard. While she was accepted into the training, she quickly realized something made her stand out amongst the other recruits. All of the other recruits in her class were colts! Because of this she felt obligated to work twice as hard as all of the other ponies, not wanting to be singled out for being a mare.<br /> <br />She gradually began to feel isolated, even after officially making it into the guard. Pavisa worked so hard at proving herself that she never seemed to have time to make friends with her fellow guardsponies, the only one she felt comfortable talking with being her brother. <br /><br />Unknown to her, her older brother managed to pull some strings in order to get his little sister a “special assignment”. She was assigned a task of wandering Equestria in order to help keep the peace, taking her far from Canterlot and the other guards. Though her job now takes her far away from her family most days, her brother hopes that by getting her away from the competitive area with the other guards that she may be able to make some friends.<br />
