Personality: Permafrost is cool towards others and is known for his often expressionless demeanor and has rarely been known to smile or show any signs of happiness. However, if others make an effort to forge a friendship they might just find a crackle of warmth in his frosty heart. A talented public speaker as well, Permafrost showcases his ability to move and incite a crowd, one of the rare times he publicly displays his emotions.

Backstory: Permafrost grew up in the city of Fillydelphia before moving to Canterlot for the start of middle school due to his excellence in academics and has been residing there ever since.
