Personality: Insecure, lonely, and broken, Permafrost appears appears calm, reserved, regal and is experienced in grace, and poise. Beneath this elegant appearance, however, she is quite complex. She is troubled with her abilities. Though at times she comes off as mean, cruel and hateful, in truth she is merely broken and only wants love and friendship.

Backstory: Though she is a princess, Permafrost had a very rough fillyhood and was feared and treated with scorn by her subjects. They often referred to her as a "freak" and a "witch" among other things. She was unable to give or receive love or affection due to her unstable ice magic. Anytime somepony would come into physical contact with her it would be like hugging an ice cube. And sometimes she would even accidentally freeze them solid.
