Personality: Welcoming and friendly always willing to help a pony in need.

Backstory: He was an orphan that was taken in by the battle master of canterlot (a battle master is the pony who trains other ponys to be a solder). Phylomon was trained by the battle master to be part of the royal guard where he has been ever since.
