      Species: Pegasus

      Appearance: <p> He is a dark gray Pegasus/BatPony with a slightly messy mane & tail. He has red eyes and a smallish mussel.<br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px;">sorry... I'm bad at describing...</span> </p>

      Cutie Mark: <p> A Red & White Pixel Art Game Controller With Grey Joysticks. </p>

      Personality: <p> Pixel is fun loving and loves to tell jokes! (though he isn't usually too good at it  ) He loves to fly around, probably more than he should (he was a late flyer so thinks it's the best thing in the world!) He is great at video games (thus his cutiemark) and is quite creative. He loves making new friends. </p> <p> As a BatPony, he has the same personality as when he's a Pegasus (he is still the same pony afterall!) but is omnivorous (he rathers sweet fruit.) he is not nocturnal but he tends to stay up late anyway (no change from as a Pegasus.) </p>

      Backstory: <p> He discovered his power, the way most do... by accident! XD He woke up in the middle of the night, changed into a BatPony form (he already had a cutiemark, thats why his has nothing to do with it.) His screams woke his mom who ran into his room. She was shocked at the BatPony in her room at first but once she realized who it was, she quickly calmed down and proceeded to help Pixel relax aswell. She told him about BatPonies and admitted she had no idea how or why he changed into one (she didn't know about her grandmother.) Once Pixel learned about BatPonies, he was fascinated and thought that they, and he, was awesome! He went back to bed and woke up the next morning a pegasus again. Over time, he has learned to control his power and he can now transform at will (though there are some times it may happen by accident.) </p>

    People normally look down on black and red characters, and for good reason. They're often very edgy and uninteresting, but you've managed to avoid that in your characterisation. While the colour scheme is rather cliched and quite out of place within Equestria, at least there is little wrong with the character, itself. :)

    Thanks! I designed Pixel Dusk a few years ago and used my favourite colours at the time so yeah, he was pretty edgy :P Since then tho, I've been expanding on his character to make him more unique and less of an edgy Mary Sue. I'm glad others are realizing that! and as far as being out of place, he is part BatPony so the black (or dark gray) isn't too strange... Thanks for the kind words tho!
