Cutie Mark: It's in the picture next to him. it's supposed to be a green lightning bolt coming out of a cloud with rain falling out beside it.

Personality: He likes to explore. He's curious and constantly bewildered. He enjoys life and is an exceptionally good flier. He's been struck by lightning too many times to count while flying in storms, so he can be a little random.

Backstory: He is a doctor of strange magic disorders and special cases. He studies anything related and is good at making awkward entrances and bad at making excuses. He can pull electrons out of the air to do whatever he wants with them, including make a force field.
