Personality: He is a little shy around ponies that he doesen't know. His temper is very low, and he hardly ever gets angry, although he is sometimes frustrated by his work.

Backstory: He grew up in cloudsdale, and has never been to the ground, although he likes to watch the ponies below. His parents mostly left him alone as a child, so he is used to being alone and separated.
