Appearance: Ragnar is a little taller than your average pony. Unfitting to his name, which means wise warrior in Old Nordic Equestrian, Ragnar does not have a warrior-like build. Instead, he is a bit on the weak side, and and has an average build at best. He has a long, flowing mane that is colored gold to compliment his grey body. He has a long tail to compliment his mane, with the same color as well. Both are neat and tidily.

Cutie Mark: An open book is Ragnar's cutie mark. Unbeknownst to many, Ragnar studies history. Knowledge is his power; and he uses it to get out of situations that would otherwise be tricky. His mind is his best friend.

Personality: Ragnar is a bookworm. He spends most of his time studying and trying to learn all that he can. Ragnar is competitive in all aspects. Whether it be a sport or game, Ragnar will try to win with an unbreakable and unbeatable passion. He will not stop until his task is accomplished. Ragnar is outgoing as well, and has lots of friends, despite his preference for solitude.

Backstory: Born and raised in the northern most reaches of Equestria, Ragnar grew up as the lone pony in his village with a love of pony history. However, he was socially extroverted as a child, and often balanced his studies with social interaction. Ragnar grew up in a generally well-off part of his community, and his parents fed his need for knowledge. After his schooling, Ragnar left the nest, and has traveled all over Equestria in search of new information. This has made Ragnar a skillful flyer, and a quality runner.
