Personality: Alittle self-centered, but will come through when the time is right. She loves things fashion, so she always appears well and knows it, leading her to be stuck up at thimes. She is kind at times thoguh, and is generous.

Backstory: Growing up in Cloudsdale, she never really was tought fashion, all things she did was self-learned. She realized that she also had a gift for coaxing extra rain out of clouds, but she veiws that as more of an occupation rather than her passion. She truely loves fashion. She lives in Canterlot, the fashion Capitol.
