Appearance: Shares the Design of Luna's guards (such as the one on the pic), Light Blue and darker blue Mane. Dark Gray Coat. Eyes are a bright golden color. Unlike the guards, his wings are simply black, rather than the bat wings.<br />(No armor either)

Cutie Mark: A black feather.

Personality: Manipulative. Hint of Sarcasm on his tone of voice. Selfish. Perhaps insane himself.

Backstory: Grew up in Baltimare. Isolated himself from everyone, his parents and others. He found interest in the way ponies thought, or how selfless they all seemed. Isolation led him to his selfish and manipulative self, and finding importance in other things besides feelings, disregarding his own and others.
