Appearance: Buff, ragged. Wears a leather jacket and sometimes a cowboy hat. Sometimes sunglasses, if he wants to be really annoying.

Cutie Mark: Currently non. Had his cutie mark (a star) removed when he ceased to be an Air Marshal. Has been trying to find a new one ever since.

Personality: Gruff, no-nonsense and usually very quiet. Can kick a stallion through a brick wall without much effort and is a master chess player. Can fly fast, though not anything like as fast as Rainbow Dash.

Backstory: Raylan is a former soldier, turned Air Marshal. The Air Marshal Service is an airborne law enforcement agency that patrols the skies. Most Marshals are former Wonderbolts or military. The AMS occasionally recruits civillian ponies to help with ponyhunts, and Rainbow Dash has been known to assist the Marshals from time to time on particularly dangerous missions. <br /><br />Raylan was kicked out of the AMS for insubordination and lost his cutie mark in the process. He now works as a wandering Bounty Hunter, bringing in fugitives on his own. He is acquainted with Applejack and Rainbow Dash, but tends to keep his nose away from Ponyville.<br /><br />
