Appearance: Redwood is a brown earth pony with a short beige mane and tail. Her eyes are green and she wears a banana over her mane.

Personality: Redwood is strong both physically and personality-wise, and tends to take charge of any situation. She can also be aggressive and her morals can be loose. Redwood is stubborn and unwavering, never going down without a fight. Redwood tends to be practical, and would rather find an effective solution regardless of what could be considered "right" or "wrong". She's a bit of a drinker as well. Despite her toughness, a part of her wishes for more meaning in her life than just the violence of her military service and her current lack of focus or goals.

Backstory: Redwood was born in California in the NCR, and came from a large military family. She was raised to be tough, and her parents were often hard on her and her siblings. She joined the NCR military at the age of 18, and showed skill in all varieties of combat, particularly in close quarters and short range. Still fairly fresh, Redwood became a Ranger at the age of 19. After only having been a Ranger for less than a year, her unit was wiped out in a raider ambush, leaving her wounded and the only survivor. Despite suffering a bullet wound in her leg, Redwood hunted down the raiders who killed her unit singlehandedly, giving her a reputation for being unbreakable. <br /><br />After that, she served all over NCR territory and beyond, most notably fighting Caesar's Legion at the first battle of Hoover Dam. At the age of 29, Redwood retired from the NCR Rangers and became a wanderer.
