Personality: He is a shy pony who gets very energetic when talking about something he is interested in. He opens up to people about an hour after knowing them and tends to not think before talking. He is also loyal and will defend anypony who needs help.

Backstory: Relaxing River helps out in the spa as an assistant to Aloe and Lotus Blossom. He got his cutie mark when he volunteered at the spa and discovered his talent to help people relax. Shortly after that Aloe and Lotus Blossom offered him a job as an assistant, He accepted immediately because he has always admired the 2 mares and how they help everypony, even if they don't realize it.
