Appearance: He has very similar kept hair to scootaloo. But his coat and mane are a lot darker of a blue similar to Lunas coloring he has light blue highlights in his hair and instead of curling up like scootaloo's it curves outward and down. The tips of his wings are a bit pointed like his tail which maintains his light blue dark blue coloring his eyes are a yellowish orange color. Chaos also carries around headphones just regular white ones with a blue middle circle, he also has two rings of yellow fur on each leg also he isn't a tall pony at all

Cutie Mark: A yellow bolt with two blue waves going out in each direction. This symbolizes his fast and influencial nature he can easily find ponies and bring them together for a common cause wether good or bad but (chaos) believes that he's meant to bring chaos to others

Personality: Very upbeat and mishtevous not the evil kind but he does then to find himself in plenty of fun and crazy situations. When he's out with friends he's very energetic and makes for a decent leader able to make decisions on the fly or roll with any situation given to him. Although he may take a situation too far but isn't one to see when he's in the wrong. He doesn't necessarily associate himself with good more like doing what he has to to either have his peace with another or peace with himself. His temper and grudging nature make him very angry and unstable when he's upset. That usually means him either yelling at you or throwing something. He's also not one to take orders too well the huge reason he isn't a wonder bolt. He believes he's causing chaos to those around him and that no one would want to be his friend if they knew his destiny. Although he is rash and may almost send all his friends headaches he really will do anything to keep his friendships. Oh and he's not too fond of brings who aren't pony's but with enough time he'll warm up to them

Backstory: Rhyme was heir to the throne on a small island of pegasi just off of equestria. His mother harmony and father bass kept the order of the island and their son but he could honestly care less about being royalty and would rather be adventurous pegasi were 'protected' under a magical barrier by his father being the only unicorn on the island never allowing the pegasi to leave it. That is until rhyme found out and told everyone on the island racing around like a a bullet. The islanders wanted a mutiny against the unicorn king causing chaos through the whole island thus causing his cutie mark to appear rhyme was convinced his destiny was causing chaos and when word got back to King bass he disowned his son and banished him from the island saying that he shouldn't be back until he finds peace and the true reason for his mark
