Appearance: RQ is bright orange, has pinkish-red eyes, a short mane and tail, and, like any pegasus pony, wings. However, he's a little different from most due to some unknown heritage on his father's side; he's got spots, like that on a leopard, on his face, ears, and even stomach. He's also got wings with overly-pointed feathers, a fact that makes flying a little more difficult, but tight maneuvers much easier

Cutie Mark: A pencil flanked by two, pink pointed wings. It symbolizes RQ's artistic talent and his acceptance of his wings and being a little bit different from everybody else.

Personality: RQ is, overall, just one of those 'I don't know how to words' ponies. He tries to be positive and talk with others, he really does, but more often than not he makes dumb nerd jokes or avoids talking about himself the entire conversation. He's much better at communicating through his art or actions than words. <br /><br />Actions are really a strong point for RQ; he might not say that he wants to be someone's friend, or that he loves them, but he makes sure he does all that he can to show it. It goes in reverse, as well; RQ will judge ponies more on their actions than words, good or bad.<br /><br /> RQ is kind of insecure. He's learned to accept himself, but comments about his 'leopard spots' or odd wings make him feel like the odd stallion out. He tends to be a little defensive about those two topics.<br /><br />He loves sweaters, music, social activism, art, and those mornings where you wake up and can watch the sunrise before anyone is ever up.

Backstory: RQ didn't always like drawing; once upon a time, he wanted to be an astronaut, or a writer. However, that's what fate led him to; when he was younger, he couldn't really fly at all, so it led him to using his wings for other things, such as paintbrushes.Of course, by the time he had learned how to fly, painting was already a huge part of his life.<br /><br />RQ was born in a modest town surrounding Neighagra Falls. His mother, a golden, athletic mare, who loved to run in every event she could get her hooves on. His dad was absent more than he was there, off in other countries as a diplomat. RQ also gained a sister when he was 9, a young adventurous pegasus named Megan.<br /><br />It wasn't till he was 13 that RQ's 'leopard spots' started to come in. At the time, he thought it was going to be the end of the world, but over time he learned how to accept them like he did his oddly-shaped wings.<br /><br />Now, RQ resides in Canterlot, and makes frequent trips around Equestria to make art for other ponies. He wants to raise enough money to be able to travel to other countries and draw art of the situations there, and to also bring Megan with him, who experiences interest in seeing the world after their father brought her on a quick trip to Amarezonia, where she earned her cutiemark in exploring/navigating.
