Appearance: Since she is a zebra she is striped all over her body with white and dark gray stripes, except for her head that is all dark gray. Her man is of medium length, rough/ messy and it's white, her eye color is sky blue.<br /><br />She always wears a military cap with a green camouflage pattern, it also has a pair of orange welding goggles attached to it. She always wears an military jacket with the same pattern as her cap, the jacket has multiple oil stains on it. She can often be seen with oil stains on her face hooves as well.<br /><br />She has a scar after three claw mark on her left hind leg, one scar over her mouth and multiple small scars on her hooves. She has a muscular build and is of average length if not a bit taller.

Cutie Mark: None, she's a zebra.

Personality: Straight forward, self confident, a bit bossy, brave, hard working and decisive. She can have a pretty severe temper if you bother her. If needed she'll be very motivational, and sometimes motivational in a pushy manner. An example of this is that, if someone has to make a run for something but they're hesitating, she'll push or drag them screaming "GO GO GO!". <br /><br />She's hard to befriend, and you really have to earn her respect, and if you do that she'll appear more laid back and loves to have a good laugh (Often by blowing something up).

Backstory: (This character isonly for an RP and her backstory will be based of the RP's universe.)<br /><br />She grew up in a harsh wasteland with her father, he never told her anything about who or where her mother was. Her father owned a small farm near a ravine where Appaloosa had been located long ago (Of course that wasn't to their knowledge). Even tough they had their farm and a roof over their head life was hard, raiders were always making demands, threatening them if they couldn't deliver. Which is just what happened eventually, crops had been bad and he could not give them what they wanted, and he was thrown down the ravine without a second though. Luckily they didn't know he had a daughter and Rosie was able to escape with no more then her life. Something she had learned a lot about whilst working on the farm and from her father was how a lot of machinery worked. Robots and vehicles was the most interesting thing in the world to her. She was able to find shelter at an orphanage in the criminal riddled city of Canterlot. The way things worked in the city formed how she would come to act all of life. When she wanted to build something she'd have to get the parts, this required her to work hard for money, or be able to persuade and be assertive.<br /><br />The watchdogs had always been something of a pain for her, they had always been pressuring her father to give them food and other materials that could be found on the farm. She eventually joined up with the rebellion as their main mechanic. She became a respected loner of the rebellion, with a menacing appearance and seemingly always on a bad mood she was left alone to her work. Rose was able to move up in the rebellion and was eventually given the title "head of engineering".<br />
