Personality: Sassy, eccentric, happy-go-lucky, flirty, competitive, sarcastic, a little insane<br /><br />Her emotions can change at a moment.s notice, and some have said that she is bipolar. Some people are even scared of her because of it.<br /><br />Like Chantilly, she is boy-crazy, but she is much worse than Chantilly. This causes her to be somewhat promiscious. However her taste in foals are very peculiar, to say the least.

Backstory: Rosslyn Ropes was born not to far from where Chantilly lives, they met as fillies and became best friends for years after. The attend the same college, but them had to move to Cloudsdale to compete in a jump rope competition. Chantilly never heard from her again, and hoped she'd some back. She was teased for her usual looks, for she doesn't look like your typical Ponyville pegasus. This causes her to rage and lash out against people, when she gets this way, only Chantilly can sooth her. <br /><br />She used to live with her dad, who taught her all she knew about jumping rope. Now she lives on her own, but is having a little trouble being independent, and is often taken care of, and it gets a little demanding.<br /><br />How she got her colors is said that she is mixed with breeds of the many different ponies her father had slept with after her mom died.
