Personality: Rubala is about as chaotic as a God of Order can get. She's friendly and bubbly and won't hesitate to put a smile on your face. She's a very calculating person, however.

Backstory: Rubala can restore anything to an orderly state. This includes Quantum Uncertainty and Fluctuations, which she can use to create almost anything if (and only if) she finds the right Fluctuations at the right time. She has no equipment.
