Personality: The personality is generally described by the name. Running Rivus' basically means Running River, which represents the continuous flow of ideas and concerns flowing into his head, never seeming to rest, representing the hustle and bustle of a river.

Backstory: Born in Trottinger in the North-Eastern reaches of the country of Yorobia, Running Rivus, after graduating from Upper School, studied in the Trottinger University of Political Science. He moved to the capital of Yorobia City in search of a job. Former president Philly Jones recognized Running Rivus' talent, and after retiring, had Running Rivus replace him as the President of Yorobia.
