Appearance: He is a dark crimson red Crystal pony. His mane and tail are a smoky grey, and his eyes are a bright blue.<br />He has a lithe and agile physique, slightly smaller than the average Crystal Pony stallion, which he uses to his advantage.<br />He wears lightweight armor, with a hood and face mask attached to it.

Cutie Mark: A cloak and dagger. Should be pretty self explanatory: It represents his being a sneaky individual, generally working in assassinations, thievery and espionage.

Personality: He sometimes comes off as a kind and good natured pony, but is in reality cruel and sadistic. He does have rare moments of being kind should he find somebody he actually likes, but this is not to often.<br />He is somewhat agoraphobic, but not severely. He is able to step outside and not completely break down, but is still struck with a sort of vertigo whenever he looks at just how big the world is.<br />He takes pride in his skills, and isn't afraid of a challenge. Despite this, he knows when he is beaten. He is very respectful, even to his enemies, and tries to give them as honorable a death as he can, should he know their motives.

Backstory: His father was a long time member of the Crystal Empire's army, serving loyally under Sombra's rule, and his mother was a simple civilian. He and his parents were some of the Crystal Ponies sealed and preserved with the rest of the Empire when the Princesses originally vanquished Sombra. <br /><br />Pre-Sealing: Sanguinem decided at a young age to follow in his father's hoofsteps and join the Imperial Military. He discovered his cutie mark when he was in the market with his mother, and she didn't have enough money to purchase something they needed. Sanguinem snuck away from her and managed to steal some money from a passerby's pocket without them noticing, and he handed it to his mother. She never knew of his thievery, though she did know of his sneak capabilities. His father did know about what he truely did however, and encouraged him to continue it. When he was old enough, he tried to enlist into the Imperial Army, but was told he wasn't cut out for the normal guard duty. He was very displeased with this, and most likely would have killed the enlistment worker that night if his father hadn't intervened, suggesting him for the stealth corp. After a test to gauge his abilities, which he passed with flying colors, he was inducted into the stealth corp, and worked as an operative of it ever since.<br /><br />Post-Sealing: He still served in the stealth corp after Cadence and Shining Armor took over as rulers of the Crystal Empire. He was still loyal to Sombra, as was his father, though they both knew to keep quiet about it in this new age.<br />He serves the Princess loyally, despite this.
