Appearance: Ice-blue pony with blue hair. She's a little bit small for a 20 years old pony. Her snout and hooves are partly pale-white from her birth.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a star. It represents her talent in finding talents in other ponies and her endless search for success. She likes to give different meanings to it though, such as the five primordial attributes to reach perfection (according to her): charm, grace, beauty, class and style. CGBCS for short, which she frequently uses as a motto.

Personality: Sapphire Gemstone is an elegant pony. She can be sort of selfish and greedy sometimes, but she's usually kind and friendly. The problem is that she takes her job as a director and writer way too seriously, making her look critical, rigorous and bossy most of the times.<br /><br />She has a very refined taste for art, appreciating only works from famous and classical artists. She's a perfectionist and a true "lady".<br /><br />Her personality resembles Rarity's a lot.

Backstory: Sapphire Gemstone was born and lives in Canterlot where her family runs a jewelry business. It didn't took long for her cutie mark to appear, revealing her talent to lead ponies to success and also to write and to direct books and movies.<br /><br />She then began to explore this talent: when she was around 16 years old, she joined the local theater class and soon when she became 19 her talent was recognized and she became the head of the class, writing and organizing the plays.
