• Scarlet Dreamer

    Fractured

    • Age: 12 (10/28)

      Gender: Female

      Species: Unicorn

Appearance: Body: Solid violet. Average height for a filly her age, but a little more gaunt.

Mane: Solid red, and kept back and out of the way.

Eyes: Deep green. Mostly trademarked for her flat, unimpressed stare.

Voice:
Short, breathy, and stressed at the end, like the atypical teenager.

Cutie Mark: Scarlet Dreamer has not received her cutie mark yet

Personality: Very secluded. She tends to keep her head down and focus only on the stuff that directly pertains to her, and tries her level best to stay out of others ways, only talking to them when she needs something, or has no other choice. This isn't to be confused with shy, however; she's capable of going full force to get what she wants, and can be surprisingly persistent. But, she simply prefers to do it as fast as possible, with as little interaction as she can manage.

Very intelligent. Spending little time with others, she instead learn to put a larger majority of her time into her studies, giving her high grades, and a large vocabulary. It's also granted her a modicum of insight, letting her look outside herself, and understand aspects of people and situations that ponies her age might often miss.

Very independent. Cooks, cleans, and goes shopping for her house frequently. When it comes to making personal messes from a life perspective, tries to fix her own mess by herself, though she understands that not all problems can be solved alone. Will frequently go off on her own in search of that help, and isn't afraid of meeting and talking with new people.

Very mature. Doesn't act out on impulse, but instead on what's rational; if it's possibly within her reach, she'll go for it. On the same token, if she knows that it's not possible for her to get at the current time, she won't complain about it or dwell on it. Likes to work to her best ability to achieve what she needs, and discards what she doesn't. Has little interest in toys, games, or other things she considers equally childish.

Very detached. Though she has a touch of insight when it comes to others, and is sensitive to their emotions, not very emotional herself. Thinks of most things from a very logic based perspective, and so ignores most things that don't work in that mindframe. Even in heavily emotional situations, she resorts to practicality above everything else.

Strengths:
Very self-conscious. Keeps track of her responsibilities and time based materials very well, and does so consistently.

Very self-aware. Is more than knowledgeable about the world, and tends to avoid putting herself into situations that may get her into trouble.

Weaknesses:
Being a bit of recluse, doesn't have too many friends or connections to rely on, in the case of trouble.

Can be insensitive to the feelings of others.

Doesn't project her own feelings well, making it hard to respond to her, or gauge how she feels about a situation.

Likes:
Reading
Exploring
Being out of the house

Dislikes:
Pushy ponies
Ponies who talk/ look down on her due to age

Backstory: Scarlet Dreamer was born in Manehatten. She was three when her mother died; within months, she found herself leaving her first and only home, and heading to the far off town of Ponyville. She now attends school there, where she works hard, and tries her best to get by.

In school proper, she's a very straight laced student, who studies hard, and earns herself her grades. However, her disposition and tenuous relationships with other fillies her age often draws the concern of her father, and those around her, leading to a much more eventful life than what would normally be assumed.
