Personality: Hypochondriac. He worries about his ice cream, frozen yogurt and his custard just as much as himself.<br /><br />When he's not worrying about himself he's happy go lucky around his customers.<br /><br />His exuberance is what keeps his business afloat.<br /><br />As long as he stays focused on work, he's a good business colt.<br /><br />Deathly afraid of health inspectors, food testers and critics.

Backstory: Growing up a pinto pony, he was a mellow foal who was ignored by others. His step father brought him to an ice cream parlor for the first time, his first ice cream was chocolate chip. The young pony felt a deep passion for the delicious treat and sprung to life with energy. The foals new bouncy attitude and bright smile got him new friends. They mostly wondered why he never spoke before in the first place, a cool spotted pinto unicorn. That is when the young foal got his cutie mark. Scoop grew up wanting to know anything and everything about anything and everything frozen dairy related, thus prompting him to go into business. Starting small he worked his way up to the top until his boss gave him the keys to the store as boss retired. He now keeps a successful middle class frozen desert parlor in Canterlot with many different flavors of frozen treats.
