Appearance: Her eyes look dull, colored in a dark grey, but the rest of her is basically bright and colorful. She has a light blue pelt. Her mane and tail are colored dark chocolate and creamy white, like chocolate dipped in milk.<br /><br />Her mane is tied to a small/mini ponytail, while it's lower half rests on her shoulders. Her tail looks long and puffy, likewise to her mane, but the textures are surprisingly soft. They both look quite bouncy.

Cutie Mark: An ice cream scooper with a small stack of ice cream. ; It represents how skilled she is in making various ice cream products.

Personality: Outgoing | Caring | Innocent | Hard-working | Childish / Silly<br /><br /> Outgoing - She loves to hang out with anypony, especially her customers.<br /><br /> Caring - Scoops devotes care and concern towards her customers in case of any certain issue or emergency.<br /><br /> Innocent - Though she is childish, Scoops is rather innocent due to having no devilish intent of making a scene.<br /><br /> Hard-working - She'd like to put and finish work first so she can freely hang out with her friends. She wants to finish her job, earn well and still be with friends.<br /><br /> Childish / Silly - This is how she generally behaves/acts. She likes to goof around, entertain other fillies and older ponies, just childishly stupid things in particular.

Backstory: She was born and raised in Ponyville, just simply living small. Her father wasn't there for a long time, because he usually holds most of their family's money. What was left was Scoops herself and her mother. They had no business up or anything-- just sitting under their small house, reading numerous books fresh from the library.<br /><br /> Few years had flew away, and her father returned- with her older sister, Sugar de la Creme! She started introducing Scoops to the baking life- baking different desserts with all that snow white sugar.<br /> She saw Creme's small business- an ice cream parlor. All the other fillies and colts loved the ice cream, and she taught Scoops their business. She easily picked up the skills for business- and started serving the parlor. She worked hard, day in and out. Until some day before her birthday, she worked hard repeatedly. Then, her cutie mark appeared! She was happy to gain her new cutie mark.<br /><br /> Later on she moved to a baking academy- to learn the ways of a baker. She often learned to make frozen treats, the only kind she truly mastered. The journey was long, though. Her mentors were rather strict and not that kind to Scoops. She feared the academy a lot, and just kept making frozen treats flawlessly.<br /> She graduated not long after. An awkward smile and a wave of her hoof, she instantly ran away like a chicken. She didn't want to see them again.<br /><br /> When she grew up as a teen, she put up her own store- The Melty Shoppe- where there are varieties of different ice cream products; from ice cream to sandwiches to popsicles, any frozen treat of the like! She was so skilled she just worked alone. Scoops grew up responsible for looking after the shop.
