Appearance: She has a yellow coat and long purple mane with a little wave. She has golden hazel eyes and a gentle smile.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a butterfly becasue she loves to travel and discover her world through looking at nature. The butterfly is yellow because of her shining optimism.

Personality: Serina loves being in nature and discovering new animals and plants in nature. She is an accomplished botanist and in general biologist. She usually is cheerful and peaceful in her natural surroundings and full of enthusiam for her passion in science. She loves to tell others about her findings. She is also a natural leader because of her problem solving skills and being a good listener.<br />Because she is a scientist Serina is prone to being critical about other pony's logic and it is difficult for her to be empathetic. She also has a temper on her and suffers from impatience.<br /><br />Likes: singing, butterflies, sunflowers, seaweed,and cinnimon buns<br />Dislikes: Emotional Ponys and has Philiophobia (fear of falling in love or being in love)

Backstory: Serina grew up in Cloudsdale and as a fillie loved to watch the brids fly through the city from her window. She longed to see what was beyond her cloudy home but her parents wanted her to stay home. One day she flew down form Cloudsdale and sat in the Everfree forest and admired the amazing things she saw. There were so many creatures and plants that she wanted to learn about them all! The next day she asked her teacher about the forest but the teacher explained to her that very little was known about the forest and that it was dangerous.<br /> Serina was determined to learn what she saw and continued making secret trips to the Everfree forest. Eventually her parents found out what she was doing and confronted her to stop becasuse she could get hurt, lost, or worse! Serina pleaded with them to allow her to go back because she loved the feeling of discovery she had with every flower she picked and the new friends she made with the woodland creatures. Filled with enthusiasm she became so excited that she didn't notice that her cutie mark had appeared. Upon seeing the mark and the passion shown by their daughter, Serina's parents allowed her continue going as long as her older sister was with with her.<br /> Serina finished her schooling and decided to live in Ponyville to be closer to the forest. Serina has committed her life to discovery and sharing her knowledge to any pony that is interested.
