Appearance: Silvery blueish with blue-and-silver mane and kind of short tail. Icy silver-blue eyes, and always wears a pair of goggles around her neck. Occasionally wears a top hat. She's very fond of steampunk fashion.

Cutie Mark: Two music notes. Her talent is improv singing and she's a bit of a siren; if you're not paying attention and she starts singing, you might get the teeniest bit hypnotized.

Personality: Kind of like Luna Lovegood with a touch of Rainbow Dash. She loves both lazing through the clouds super high up and flying full-speed equally, but she's usually too lazy or lost in a day dream to do much more than glide quietly. She's very good at making other ponies angry during arguments because her display of anger is to laugh as if everything is a good joke.

Backstory: Pretty normal, nothing too special. Had some unfortunate experiences during visits to Canterlot, since her mom has family there and they used to travel there almost half the time when she was a filly. She 'ran away' when she was still pretty young, but for the most part she just moved out somewhat early and built her own little place close to Cloudsdale.
