Appearance: He is a navy blue pony with just barely a lighter shade of blue for his mane and he has midnight silver stripes through it. His cutie mark is a moon with the shadow of to unicorn horns crossing each other

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a full moon with the shadow of two unicorn horns crossing each other. His special talent is being able to use the moon's aura for strength when it is in the sky, this also helps conjure up the moonblade, he becomes strongest with a full moon in the sky. Oh he is also nocturnal, rarely any sleep for him.

Personality: Silvermoon is a pony of high intelligence, very strategic in battle, and is usually a pretty chill pony. He is kind when he wants to be and usually doesn't speak much. He will hurt any that hurts his friends. He is known to be very...depressed since the death of his parents and two brothers. He is nocturnal and can tell when a pony is about to strike and what limb is about to be used as well.

Backstory: When Silvermoon was born, the moon was at it's highest peak and had a silver glow to it as it rose into the stars, earning him his name. As Silvermoon aged into his teenage years he grew to the custom of weaponry and was trained by his two older brothers. He learned a lot from them and has used their skill ever since. After his 14th birthday a witch from the everfree forest killed his family leaving his older sister and him alive, Silvermoon, had gone out for revenge and became accustomed to the forest. In the mean time (also while training with his brothers) he trained in his dreams with Princess Luna after the discovery of his special talent. She taught him how to control his magic and use it to greater lengths until he was old enough to go and kill the witch, so he ventured into the everfree forest and ended up killing the witch. Unfortunately he got lost, so after weeks of searching for a way out he gave up and decided he would live there and he soon grew accustomed to the forest. He also decided to protect the forest and ponykind from harm by acting as a character known as the ghost of the everfree. He would kill, injure, or scare away ponies trying to harm the trees and he would slay or lead away a creature from the forest. After years and years he grew to be 18 years of age and decided to talk to Luna about creating an organization meant to keep the forest and ponykind at bay with each other, thus the rangers of the everfree were born.
