Personality: sad on the inside but he never really shows it..... he generally keeps to himself and tries to be as nice as possible but if you open your heart to him he will gladly in gauge in some social activities but only if he can trust everyone there to accept him.

Backstory: Simple Connection grew up in the crystal empire but is not a crystal pony when he was young his father left him who was a unicorn so he had to live with his crystal pony mother, While he was growing up he experienced many issues mostly behavioural issues around anger and hyper activeness.... when he was 10 things started to look up and by the time he was 12 things were much better. At this point he was looking to find cutie mark of his own.... by the time he was 15 he finally found this cutie mark.... but it’s not what he was expecting his cutie mark was in dark magic..... this carried alot of weight as he was learning about dark magic while he was at school at the time... the teacher was saying how bad it was and stuff, and since he was being bullied by some kids at school he thought he would use some dark magic to get back at them.....so what he did was used some black magic to give them bad luck the day of the exams.... they would normally get about 60 - 70% on there tests but because Simple Connections used the bad luck spell they failed all of them..... on the way home on Simple Connection felt sad about what he done..... he felt... that it just wasn’t right....once he got home he took his bag off... and he mom said “how was your..... son..... is that a CUTIE MARK!.... wait..... what is it” so they went to a cutie mark expert for some answers he said the cutie mark was about dark magic and that it was very dangerous if not controlled well... Simple couldn’t take it..........as when he got to school and everyone found out.... due to his friends not being very good at keeping secrets no one wanted to be near him and kind of treated like a villain......by now he has his own house at the age 18..... but is still upset about his cutie mark..... he has no friends..... only his caring mother....who is so old and is probably soon to die......he spends most of his time in the Everfree forest as is the only place where he feels he is one in the same..... and generally only goes to ponyville to get food where most people just try and give him stuff for free to get him to go away... he generally leaves behind bits anyway trying to be kind.... but it upsets him that he can’t be accepted..... by his own kind...<br />
