Personality: He can be arrogant and will step on anypony to get ahead unless it is some pony he was friends with prior to becomeing such a success

Backstory: He knew rarity since they we're very young and got his cutiemark bcuz of her when they competed against each other in a fashion contest, after he set up a business for selling shades and was found by photo finish who saw his talent and managed to make it big in canterlot
