Personality: Shy, low self confidence, mute: speaks through low level telepathy. Likes his own company, dislikes loud noise

Backstory: Silent Breeze was born in Crackham, a small village located at the bottom of a deep gorge. Due to the bad flying conditions, no Pegasi live in the town, the responsibility for weather control falling solely on Silent Breeze's shoulders. For this the village is extremely grateful, although Silent himself loaths attention and praise, preferring to be alone, meditating or practicing.<br /><br />He is sometimes hired by other town when they need more precise weather, such as clouds arranged in patterns, moving in a planned route or positioned in specific spots. However, he finds it extremely difficult to deal with larger storms.<br /><br />Silent Breeze is completely mute, unable to make even the quietest of noises. To compensate for this, he uses magic to generate his voice, although he rarely has anything to say. He can also speak directly to another pony through telepathy, if he wishes to tell them something without others knowing.
