Personality: Solitaire is a fortune teller, and she likes to stick to that image. She tends to act mystical, and most of the time she talks in eerie, riddle-y mumbo jumbo. This drives many ponies around her insane, but Solitaire just mentally laughs it off. She has always been a loner.

Backstory: Solitaire was born in Saddle Arabia. Her father was a soldier and her mother ran a jewelry shop. One day, her father was severely wounded in battle, and his horn had to be amputated to stop his magic from killing him. This was the first fortune Solitaire had ever foretold, and it earned her her Cutie Mark. Realizing her talent, she opened a fortune telling shop. After about three months, Solitaire foresaw an unsatisfacory future for a client, who proceeded to spread the rumor that Solitaire was a witch. Solitaire was forced to leave or face death, and she has been wandering the land ever since.
