Cutie Mark: a sombrero, because he likes to have a party at whatever he does.

Personality: Really lively in any situation. He is not the smartest pony, but is really great when it comes to befriending ponies. Is also really good at making spicy food. <br />When he walks, his step is a little higher than those around him because he always has pep in his step.<br />Moreover, he sometimes doesn't realize how serious a situation is.<br />However if he does get brought down he gets quite depressed.

Backstory: When he was old enough, he moved out of Cloudsdale to travel to the far south. He lived among the earth ponies there and also developed an accent. He also grew fond of being the local party planner. Also on occasion he travels out of town to see the world, but wherever he goes, his fiestas follow him!
