Appearance: He is a yellow pegasus with an orange mane and tail with red streaks. Speed Blast's wings are quite large and strong. He wears a necklace with a red gem attached to it.

Cutie Mark: His Cutie Mark is a pair of crossed lightning bolts.

Personality: Speed Blast is either hyperactive or lethargic. He is rather rude, and he sticks around his fellow mercenary, Quick Shot. He doesn't mess with anything that can make his head explode, but he often taunts things many times his size, trying to provoke a fight. He hates anyone messing with his necklace.

Backstory: Quick Shot was born and raised in Fillydelphia. He was the youngest of seven, and he spent his entire life trying to keep up with them. His oldest sibling, Spitfire, is a speedster that has become the Wonderbolts' captain. He doesn't like talking about- and often doesn't- Spitfire, as the conversation often turns into the others worshipping his sister. In his opinion, Spitfire has enough popularity, and doesn't need any more.<br /><br />At sixteen, he met with a mercenary known as Quick Shot, and decided that he would take up the mercenary life. He said goodbye to his tearful parents, and set off. He wasn't very successful on his first few missions, but he attracted the attention of Quick Shot. He took him on as an ally, and to provide a distraction so he wouldn't be noticed while trying to hit people with his crossbow. He stays away from popular figures, because he doesn't want his almost identical appearance to his sister to draw attention to himself...<br /><br />He is desperately trying to garner more reputation than his sister, as he cannot stand that he has been overshadowed. One of his endeavors is to break apart Soarin' and Spitfire, although his attempts are failing quite spectacularly. Although his reputation as a mercenary is growing, he is unsure about his future... he is currently debating joining the Wonderbolts, but for now, he continues his mercenary work.
