Cutie Mark: The Russian hammer and sickle cut out of a yellow star.

Personality: Calculated, strong-willed but still emotional. He is a strong leader and his cutie mark reflects that. His special talent is giving command and leadership. He is a one for one and one for all pony. (The symbolism behind the hammer and sickle is a nation built on the famers and workers.)

Backstory: An ex-Lieutenant of the Soviet Hooven. He was in the service for most of his life and was a committed soldier, but chose to stand-up and refused to be involved in the war between Equestria and the Zebras, seeing as his people's honor was not on the line, putting them in danger was foalish. He was ripped of his rank and banished. His horn was snapped which caused him to loose the ability to use magic on command. He can now only use magic when in life threatening situations, which he can't control.
