Appearance: Stahl has a dark tan, nearly gold coat with a light blonde, nearly white mane and tail. If you're familiar with horses, think Palomino. <br /><br />His mane is long and well groomed, with a tendency to go towards his right side rather than his left. His bangs often cover his right eye, at least partially. His tail is also well groomed, though he has less issue with it than he does with his mane.<br /><br />As far as physique goes, Stalwart is well muscled. Tall, strong, and handsome... At least that's how he would describe himself, anyways. Often has a flirty smile on his face. His horn rests about where his mane parts to the right, easier to see from his left side than his right side.<br /><br />He's often seen wearing his uniform as an officer in the Canterlot Guard. The armour he prefers is a lighter set rather than a thick and bulky suit, and he never wears his helmet. He prefers to let citizens see his face, so that they can get to know him.<br /><br />He usually wears a pair of sabers on each hip (So four of them in total), with a kite shield resting on his back. Should it actually come to the point where he has to resort to his weapons (which is usually a last resort), he wields them using a levitation spell rather than by hoof.

Personality: Stalwart, or as he prefers to go by, Stahl, is a very easy to get along with pony. Friendly, quick with a jape when appropriate, or a bit of advice when it's not. <br /><br />He's well known as a Guard by the civilians in Canterlot. Stahl is well aware that many members of the Guard ride along with their status and only follow orders. So, he makes it a point to be one of the few going out of their way to try and keep the peace.<br /><br />He's a notorious flirt, though to this day it has yet to work out in his favor. That doesn't stop him from trying though - if he's speaking with a mare, he's bound to be much more charming than with a stallion.<br /><br />He's protective in general for those who need it, as a member of the Guard, but especially of those he's close to. Sometimes, even if they don't need it in the second case. He's very close to his 'baby' sister Pavisa.

Backstory: Stahl is the oldest of four siblings. As such, he was responsible for keeping his little brothers and sister safe... At least, in his mind he was.<br /><br />This mentality stuck with him as he grew up, and the young stallion enlisted in the Canterlot Guard shortly after getting out of school. A sharp boy, he soon caught on that not everypony in the Guard was as sparkling and brave as the stories would have him believe... Not letting that sway him, the easy-going stallion vowed to turn the Guard around and make a difference. Even if it meant doing it one pony at a time.
