Backstory: Stardust Gleam is the kind and benevolent mother of Midnight Shade. Not much is known about her past prior to her death but she was a very kind mare much like her daughter. While she was alive she often tended to the needs of other ponies and cooked and cleaned around her home. But regrettably she was murdered by her evil husband.
