Appearance: Starlight has a navy blue body. She has a smaller than average height and weight. Her legs are thin as well. She tends to comb her mane down, in a similar manner to Twilight Sparkle. Her mane is a moderate purple color. It falls down to her back shoulders, and her bangs reach the middle of her forehead. Her tail is stylized in a similar way to her mane. It is combed straight down as well.

Cutie Mark: Stairlight has an orange flame for a cutie mark. It does not represent arson. Instead, it represents her proficiency in spells using the element of fire.

Personality: Stairlight is shy. She prefers to keep to herself. She is social when prompted. She is generally a nice pony, but when irritated, is ferocious.

Backstory: Stairlight grew up with her parents, living a normal life. She always had a love for magic. Likewise, her parents enrolled her in a special school to help her hone her magic. There, she discovered her love for elemental magic. After returning home, she decided that she wanted to continue her studies in other ways.
