Personality: Outgoing, Friendly and cares about the ponies he loves, and would do anything for them. Can sometimes be a little overprotective about the ones he cares about.

Backstory: Static was born and raised in Cloudsdale, but found a deeper calling to live in Ponyville when he thought Cloudsdale held nothing for him any more. Now he works as a simple mail pony, delivering small packages and letters.
