Appearance: Pale yellow coat, the color of weak sunlight. Unnaturally blonde mane and tail. Piercing blue eyes. Well built, but not athletic or sporty.

Cutie Mark: Stock has a golden arrow for his cutie mark, representing his ability and skill with the financial markets of Equestria.

Personality: Stock is cunning, ambitious, envious and crafty. He has a barely contained egotism that bubbles right below the surface. He holds himself to be superior both intellectually and physically to his peers, but has learned to conceal it. Is a genial, lighthearted guy around his allies or ponies he has just met and is trying to manipulate, but is always looking for an edge; always looking for a way to get ahead, even at the expense of those around him. Is a Yuppie ponified. <br /><br />Stock has learned that arrogance and egotism will limit his options and so has reigned it in, and behaves like a sickeningly generic 'nice colt' to everypony around him. Internally, however, he is a living, breathing example of the deadly sins Pride, Greed, and Envy incarnate. Not a particularly physically violent stallion, as he views himself as above petty fighting. The one exception to this is the bane of his existence, the private eye who took him down.

Backstory: Growing up in a lower middle class family, Stock was put into a private prep high school on a financial aid scholarship because of his stellar intellect. However, he detested the work study he had to do to pay for his tuition, and grew jealous of the rich ponies around him. By the time he graduated, he had convinced himself that money equated directly to success and happiness, and so he set out to earn as much as he could.<br /><br />Conning his way into a stellar college on a technicality, Stock immediately was swept up by the frat lifestyle, where there were plenty of other stallions around to stroke his ego and make him feel superior. Becoming the President of his prestigious Fraternity by senior year, Stock used this clout to land himself a job in a major Canterlot brokerage company. Over the next several years, he scammed and manipulated ponies left and right, amassing a huge personal fortune at the expense of his clients, who he bled dry illegally. However, he was caught accidentally by a private eye, and although he wormed his way out of jail time, lost his job, his fortune, and his reputation was left in shambles. Moving away from Canterlot in shame, he began looking for a way to rebuild his fortune elsewhere... And seek revenge on the stallion that dared to cross him...
