Cutie Mark: Although he is a debt collecter in Canterlot his mark symbolises his calm and collected nature towarss others... more like a skill he can handle other ponies really well.

Personality: He is an old friend of Silver, He works as a debt collector, and later becomes Silver's employer. He generally has a sort of reserved, laid back personality, and as harsh as you might expect an underground debt collector to be, he is usually calm, and is able to calm Silver down and make him stop without angering him and incurring his wrath. He is also not too polite and friendly, as he often confronts people. He does not work for a bank, instead owning his own debt collection agency in Equestria.

Backstory: Storm and Silver met when Silver was entering school.. Some of the older ponies tried to pick on Silver, but were soon beaten up; Storm approached with the following goals: a) learn how not to annoy Silver into a rage (and thus graduate in one piece. Storm bought Silver dinner, and advised him to dye his mane black and white so to help cultivate a reputation and fitting appearance. When asked by Silver why Storm , who can't fight well, didn't just use Silver; Storm answered: although he's not good at fighting and Silver is, Silver hates violence so he shouldn't fight. After that, Silver did dye his mane, and enjoyed a peaceful period as his reputation kept triflers at bay. Storm and Silver attended different schools (and Rez Redz undid all of Storm's work). Much later, when both of them were adults ponies, Silver was having trouble keeping a job (for obvious reasons). He finally found a permanent job that his brother, Midnight Seige gave him, until Rez Redz framed him for a crime and he was fired. Storm met Silver on the street, and decided to hire Silver as a bodyguard (of sorts). Thanks to the fact that Storm Shadow he is able to control Silver and Silver's strength and destructive tendencies are actually a good quality to have in his line of work (instead of problematic like they were for his previous employers), Storm became Silver's permanent employer. Silver's job is to "basically beat up people who can't pay up," and generally to stay around Storm Shadow, protecting him. Storm has also made it clear that Silver doesn't need to beat everybody up, the idea being to use Silver's name and reputation to scare people into paying their debts. Silver, unfortunately, does so anyway.
