Personality: Storm is a gentle, outgoing pony. He may seem obnoxious, but he has a good heart. He will tolerate anypony.

Backstory: Stormy was born and raised in Cloudsdale. He came from a middle class family. His first job was cleaning the floors of the Cloudsdale weather factory.
