Personality: Despite her name, Stormy is actually very mellow and cool-headed. Intelligent and driven, she excels in her work at the weather factory. She is also very accepting of others, which comes in handy considering that her husband is almost always away at his job and her daughter has chosen a very un-Pegasus-like way of life as a fashionista.

Backstory: Born and raised in Cloudsdale, Stormy discovered her talent early on and pursued a career in the weather factory. She met her husband, Skyrocket, in flight school, where the two became best friends. Though he was often away while her daughter was growing up, Stormy is deeply in love with him and cherishes all the time they have together. However, she cannot leave her work in Cloudsdale to live with him and her daughter in Canterlot, which saddens her.
