There special talent. Stormys Cutie mark is Electricity So his power was the greatest(The ruler of Vail is the pony with the strongest elemental power)so he was declaired king.

Personality: Cool relaxed but hyper and weird at times caring and respectful and understanding really intelligent and strong.

Backstory: Hes a angel pony who never knew he's parents as they died when he was a filly and raised him-self.Found his specialty in electricity and technology to find out hes the guardian of electricity. He use to be a leader of a robotic army named Steel Skull and raged war on the changlings and a roque missile hit him causing some mechincal limbs and parts to be added to him. He also is a sentinel of the Steel Hooves.(If you dont know who the steel hooves are they are the my little pony version of the brother hood of steel). A Sentinel is a general of the Steel Hooves. Stormy can repair and make electronical devices in the blink of a eye. Stormy is also the guardian of technology, any pony who goes past the technology limit will be answered by him. He also has several weapons built into his robotic leg.He rejected being a King or Ruler of the Vail the only way he could get away from being king was to leave his home land Forever...
