Backstory: Stratosphere was originally a human, who created a portal. he kept it a secret from the government, but that didn't matter when it was destroyed after he entered it. he was still human at the time, but celestia and luna knew what was going on, so they combined their magic to transform him into a pegasus. it took him a while to get used to it, just to walk properly, then he learned to fly. he learned fast, and almost beat rainbow dash in a race. after a while, he got to know everypony. he is really shy around Lyra, since he has a huge crush on her.
