Backstory: Sunshine was born in Cloudsdale, but soon moved to Ponyville. She has a bigger brother (who is a unicorn) named Starhex. She likes hanging out with Pinkie Pie a lot. She has a pet falcon called Spear. No one knows why she doesn't have a cutie-mark.
