Cutie Mark: the cutie mark is a sun & it means she's good w/ controlling the heat of the rays of the sun while Princess Celesstia Raises it up so on the spring sun celebration when all the pony watch their eyes don't burn out.

Personality: Close to her twins (Sunset Shimmer) only she doesn't hold a grudge for as long as Sunset does, and she even tries to stop Sunset from taking over Equestria in the first Equestria Girls movie along w/ the Mane 6.

Backstory: She was a student @ princess Celesstia's school of magic w/ her twin Sunset Shimmer when Sunset and her were chosen to be the Princess's personal student. When Sunset left through the mirror into the human world however, Sunshine stayed to help the princess run the school and pick a new student to take her sister's place, that's where she met Twilight Sparkle and Goldstar Sparkle another set of twins just like her and Sunset, so they took in both Twilight & Goldstar.
